Data collected: through the contact form (first name, last name, email, and optionally phone, postcode, situation, target career, message) and through the newsletter sign-up (email).

Purposes and legal basis: passing your request on to partner training centres in the network so that they can contact you, and sending the newsletter. Both rely on your explicit consent, collected on submission and recorded with its date (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)).

Recipients: HOPE and the partner training centres in the network to which your request is passed.

Retention: contact requests are kept for up to 3 years after the last contact; newsletter subscriptions until you unsubscribe.
